Back in October I hosted a 31 days series called “31 Days of Interviews with Single Women” where I interviewed 31 different single women of all ages and stages of life. The feedback I got was astounding, and it reminded me of something about my own years as a single woman.
When you get married, you lose some credibility.
That’s right. Don’t worry, it doesn’t hurt my feelings because I thought exactly what you may or may not think about me. “It’s easy for her to say . . . she’s married!” Yes, I get it. I truly do.
Even though I am confident that I am called to mentor single women, and feel like I have much necessary insight to give you, I know that having women speak into your lives who are right there with you, living singleness alongside you, but who are doing it well and honoring God through it, is just as beneficial. You reminded me of that by your response of the 31 Days series.
So I am so very excited and honored to introduce you to four single women who will be the new contributors for Triple Braided! These women come from different continents (yes, you read that right), different ages, and different backgrounds, but they all have one thing in common – they’re single and they love Jesus!

Becca Beam
Becca is a daughter, sister, aunt and, most importantly, a child of the King. She loves singing, reading, hiking, cooking, serving at her church and hanging out with her sweet nieces. Becca works as a curriculum developer at a credit union in her home state of North Carolina.
